Position Desc: I worked as Production Assistant on set of this feature in January of 2019, even though I was way overqualified, to help my art dept / set decorator friend score points with production since the show was unable to find any additional available crew.

Shot on location in Tuscaloosa, AL. Duties included assisting various departments on set: Grip & Electric, Sound, Art Dept, Transportation, Location, and Craft Services. A lot, a lot of moving cases and carts around the campground every time camera turned around. Promoted after wrap to Art Dept PA after the credited Art PA bailed, I helped with striking the set built in the mobile home and wrapping out art dept.

During filming, I ended up spending most of my time assisting Exec Producer / 1st AD Peter Winther and Writer / Director / Producer / Twilight Dad Peter Facinelli after they became frustrated that they didn't have someone on hand who wasn't already doing something.

Mostly just helping them carry cumbersome things when their hands were full, bringing them coffee, M&M's, retreiving people they needed to talk to, putting Facinelli's script back in his hand whenever he put it down while directing and acting at the same time and not remembering where he left it or falling out of his back pocket while in his police uniform costume. I had to hold Anne's coat for her between takes for one of the night scenes because it was freezing cold and costumer was busy.

I also had to prep and hand off hot coffee and hot soup to Tom and Anne after they climbed out of the freezing outdoor pool at the lodge where the crew transformed the pool to shoot underwater blue screen work on location.
Plot: An idyllic family vacation turns into a living nightmare for parents Paul (Thomas Jane) and Wendy (Anne Heche) when their young daughter disappears without a trace. When the local sheriff (Jason Patric) fails to chase down any new leads, the frantic parents have no choice but to take matters into their own hands. As tensions mount and the list of suspects grows, the search for the truth leads to a shocking revelation where nothing is what it seems in this gripping psychological thriller.
