SEARING CINEMA
The main feature of the IP Management System is the Online Production System (OPS) : when an IP begins production, feature or episodic, all of the documents are plugged in for each phase of production, representing the amount of progress that the production is making, in realtimepercentage to gauge how much time each phase required or will require. From blank page to aggregating streaming revenue from api hooks.

The IP dashboard can be set to display any widget containing a metric related to the IP for a realtime view of the IP's results.

The production guide contains all of the documents needed to complete the production for each phase of production. Part of the IP tracker's progress is linked to the amount of documents required vs the amount of documents completed or finalized. From development to distribution, script to contracts.

The percentage of funding raised vs the amount required is also a factor of the IP Tracker, as well as the number of financial documents required to secure and finalize funding. The Cashflow Schedule calculates funds required, amount acquired, amount spent (down to the deperatment, crew member, and expendables), estimated return, incentives estimate, and return estimate to investors beyond distribution up to 5 years.

SEARING TV
Developing an episodic series is very similar to a feature film as, basically, the scale of the project is adjusted to the scope of the production. The IP production tracker adds a layer of tracking for each episode as a milestone to complete the season.

The IP Management System utilized for episodic series production. This IP Tracker for this division adds another layer of progress to the overall IP Progress, the completion of each episode representing an additional phase of the series' completion.

The IP Manager's Production Guide for episodic series also tracks the amount of documents required for each episode as well as the overall series.

SEARING PROSE
Searing Prose was created as a label for the book versions of the screenplays in line for production as a way to market the story to studios and investors while other features are being completed in various phases of production. While a production guide is not needed, the IP management system still helps track publishing progress as well as revenue streams.
